1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Guri Tour & Travels website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation and required payment.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment (as specified during booking) is required to confirm any reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the journey.
• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• More than 7 days before trip: 10% cancellation fee
• 3-7 days before trip: 25% cancellation fee
• Less than 3 days before trip: 50% cancellation fee
• Same day cancellation or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

5. Vehicle and Driver Terms

• Vehicles will be provided as per the booking type and availability.
• AC will be switched off during hilly areas or as per safety requirements.
• Driver duties include driving only; they are not responsible for luggage handling.
• Night driving charges may apply for journeys between 10 PM and 6 AM.
• Toll, parking, and state permit charges are extra unless specified.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must carry valid ID proof.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

7. Travel Packages

• Package inclusions and exclusions are as specified in the package details.
• Hotel accommodations are subject to availability; similar alternatives may be provided.
• Itinerary changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Meals and sightseeing not mentioned in the package are not included.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guri Tour & Travels shall not be liable for:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Any injury, accident, or health issues during the journey.
• Changes in government regulations affecting travel.

9. Promocodes and Discounts

• Promocodes are subject to terms and conditions specified.
• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Expired or invalid promocodes will not be honored.

10. Grievance Redressal

For any complaints or concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will address your concerns within 48 hours.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
